South Africa is bringing a version of the American dating and relationship reality television series, The Bachelor and it is called “The Bachelor SA”.
M-net has secured the rights for The Bachelor SA which will air on channel 101 and will be produced by Rapid Blue.
While the show’s team is yet to reveal who the Bachelor will be, it has already started to search for 25 eligible South African ladies.
To stand a chance to participate, potential entrants need to be at least 21 and single, that is either never married, or legally divorced, and must have a valid South African ID document. Entrants must also be available to film between October 6 and November 25 and meet the other requirements stipulated in the Terms and Conditions (published on the website).
Entries are being accepted now at www.mnet.tv/thebachelorsa and will be open till 20 August 2018 at 23:59pm. Viewers of M-net will get to watch the first episode of the show on Valentine’s Day, 2019.
Executive Producer Donald Clarke shared on his Twitter page:

According to him, “all the single ladies stand a chance. You just need to be ready for romance”.
